Compared with conventional non-thermal-break aluminum casement windows, its overall thermal insulation performance is improved by 42%, with a low heat transfer coefficient and remarkable energy-saving effect. Matched with triple sealing structure, it reaches Class 6 airtightness and excellent water resistance. The sound insulation value hits 40dB, 6dB higher than standard 50-series ordinary casement windows, perfectly blocking outdoor traffic noise.
With standard 1.8mm profile wall thickness, the frame gains 48% higher structural rigidity than 1.2mm thin profiles, resisting deformation and sagging even in strong wind areas. Equipped with heavy-duty anti-corrosion hardware that passes over 20,000 opening & closing tests, this series supports inward and outward opening. Custom sizes, glass types and surface finishes are available, ideal for residential houses, villas, high-rise buildings and commercial projects in all climate zones.
