Z75X is an upgraded high-end 75mm multi-chamber thermal break casement window system, specially engineered for high-rise buildings, coastal windy areas, noise-prone residential villas, and energy-saving commercial projects. Compared with standard 65 series and ordinary 75mm windows, the Z75X achieves comprehensive upgrades in structural strength, airtightness, water tightness, thermal insulation and sound insulation, solving the common pain points of traditional windows such as easy deformation, poor energy efficiency, water leakage and weak wind resistance.
Built with a 75mm wider frame depth and upgraded 1.8mm thick 6063-T5 high-precision aluminum profile, the Z75X features 28% higher structural rigidity than conventional 1.4mm profile windows. This outstanding thermal insulation performance greatly reduces air conditioning and heating energy consumption, delivering stable energy-saving effects in both extreme high-temperature and low-temperature climates.
For sealing and weather resistance, the Z75X equips a professional triple EPDM full sealing system and 12mm deep frame-sash overlapping design, far exceeding the double-sealing structure of standard windows. It reaches top-grade airtightness and water tightness, completely preventing rainwater infiltration and outdoor air convection. Matched with a hidden vertical drainage system and pressure balance technology, it avoids water backflow and wind howling, ensuring clean and durable window performance in rainy and typhoon weather.
In acoustic performance, the optimized multi-layer sealing and hollow glass configuration enables the Z75X to achieve 35–45dB high-efficiency sound insulation, effectively isolating outdoor traffic noise, street noise and environmental noise, creating a quiet and comfortable indoor living and working space.
